TaMarlon T. Carter emerges as a visionary who has consistently fostered a culture of achievement and pride within all communities he has served.  Such privilege has afforded widespread domestic opportunities and recognition.  He is a highly sought-after strengths coach and executive consultant who has garnered victories and a stellar performance record in business management.  Mr. Carter is a native of Louisiana.  A display of superb leadership and business acumen opened a door for him to relocate to Atlanta, GA, where his operations are presently based.

MINISTRY 

TaMarlon T. Carter serves as an executive at Grace Baptist Church in Stockbridge, Georgia.  He has come to be known as an individual who embraces the vision and develops a plan for bringing it to fruition through sound strategy development.  He continues to be cited for superior performance in management and mastery related to human interaction and pastoral and administrative leadership.  He currently coordinates a myriad of daily activities along with an Executive Administrative Team.   Full display of his savvy expertise in business administration, familiarity with state-of-the-art technology tools, acquired wisdom and God-given talents, ably qualifies him as more than suitable to coordinate church business operations.

CORPORATE ​

TaMarlon T. Carter has emerged as a competent leader at various senior management levels and responsibilities.  Mastery of analytics and a problem-solving and productive bottom line has shaped a persona that astutely identifies company goals, develops practical strategies, enlists the talents of an identified capable team and communicates a successful implementation process.  Such abilities have allowed Mr. Carter to function successfully and accumulate earned accolades as an individual who delivers masterfully executed projects with precision and accountability.  Among multiple areas of expertise, Mr. Carter has received recognition for his keen insight into developing and implementing meaningful cultural enhancing or shifting models.

GOVERNMENT

TaMarlon T. Carter serves as the Executive Director for Grace Community Development Initiative.  In this capacity, his responsibilities include overseeing massive numbers of volunteers in varied operating capacities, including the procurement and distribution of food, targeted communication with food vendors for donations, and securing financial contributions from various corporate entities.  He has successfully obtained grants to assist residents adversely affected by economic challenges.  Most recently, such grants proved instrumental in satisfying unpaid rent or mortgage responsibilities and utility charges.  Government officials and other civic/community organizations have recognized his leadership in this endeavor.  Most recently, he was recognized as the Hero of the Year during the State of the County presented by the County Board of Commissioners Chairlady.

 

LAW ENFORCEMENT

TaMarlon T. Carter was selected to establish a Chaplaincy Services Unit for a local Sheriff’s Office, which he holds in high esteem.  This unit was created solely to provide guidance, consultation and emotional support to the law enforcement community as needed and the justice-involved.  Mr. Carter successfully launched programs within this unit, such as The Conversation, The Connection, The Journey and The Bridge.  After successfully facilitating over 125 religious and spiritual services in a short period, Mr. Carter began to work closely with the Sheriff and the Jail Commander to respond to the discoveries of 60 Days In while addressing what is commonly referred to as Scandrett’s Top 6.  The number one item on the sheriff’s list has remained, Reducing Recidivism.  Leading the charge of establishing a meaningful partnership with Morehouse School of Medicine and strengthening the growing collaboration with Southern Crescent Technical College, the cornerstone of HCSO Restorative Center, was established.  In this space, Mr. Carter has developed several life-changing curricula and evaluates external programs to aid the justice involved in establishing a Pathway Forward for success.

LEGACY

Fully abreast of the most advanced technology available, TaMarlon T. Carter currently endeavors to educate communities on the impact of “Legacy Building.” To that end, he devotes energies and functions as Senior Partner of The Leadership Experience, Legacy 365, a group of passionately concerned people who corporately agree that mentorship gives rise to and potentially opens doors for great things to happen.  His greatest passion is realized as lives are visibly enhanced as individuals and organizations jointly prepare for future success through priceless long-term mentoring relationships.  This is unsurprising, given that Mr. Carter has served the Death Care Industry as a Licenced Funeral Service Practitioner for over 15 years.  Mr. Carter believes that it is imperative that we serve humanity while establishing meaningful relationships.
